Packaging Group Inc. acquires Serpone Packaging Systems.
Effective October 8, 2004 the assets and inventory of Serpone Packaging Systems, Inc. have been acquired by Visual Packaging Group, Inc. Visual is excited about this opportunity to bring the innovative designs and high quality equipment offered by Serpone to Visual.
Visual Packaging Group, Inc. is a new company formed from the purchase of the assets and inventory of Visual Packaging Systems, Inc. by new investors. Visual's new President, Adam Kamal, projects that the new company will achieve significant growth through acquisitions and new product innovation while relying on the strong position that Visual has maintained in the marketplace for over 35 years.
Visual welcomes all of Serpone's loyal customers and distributors. Visual will be incorporating many of Serpone's designs into its own product line. Visual is now your source for parts and tooling for the machines produced by Serpone Packaging Systems, Inc.
Tony Serpone and most of Serpone's employees have joined Visual Packaging Group Inc. and will be responsible for insuring product quality and timely deliveries.
